The Steady Block
Bitcoin, explained calmly. A new block every ten minutes.
What this channel is
Short cartoons, one idea at a time
The Steady Block makes short cartoon explainers about bitcoin, each built around one idea and one simple picture. The first series, Bitcoin Basics, is for complete beginners: what money is, how bitcoin works, and how people keep it safe. The tone is calm and neutral, with no hype and no price predictions, just how things work and where the numbers come from.
- About 90 secondsShort enough to watch twice and explain to a friend afterward.
- SourcedEvery episode lists its key numbers and where they come from.
- NeutralMechanics and trade-offs, never price predictions or advice.

Meet Steady
Steady is an orange block with a level bubble on top and round study glasses. The name comes from bitcoin itself: the network adjusts its difficulty so new blocks keep arriving at a steady pace, about every ten minutes, however many computers join or leave.
